Razer Basilik V3 Hyperspeed dongle too brittle and broken after I pulled out from the laptop.

Hi Razer,

The new Razer Basilik V3 Hyperspeed that I bought 2 months ago feels way more fragile than the old one. The first time I unplugged it, the metal USB part came out, and the second time, the whole plastic piece that holds the USB connectors broke. My old basilisk lasted for years. How do I go about claiming the warranty for this?
