Hi, I got this Razer Basilisk V3 mouse in January 2024 and had no issues. Three days ago, I was playing Fortnite, and randomly my left click only worked slowly, one at a time. When I spammed it, most clicks were not registering. The next day, the mouse worked fine, last night as well. This morning, I woke up and it did not work at all. I tried cleaning it with compressed air, checking Razer Synapse, remapping a side button to left click, it worked. Every button works besides the left click. I was wondering if my warranty still applies.
I also saw a lot of posts about this so I know it’s not just me.
