Razer Basilik V3 PRO doesn't show in the "devices"

My new Razer Basilik V3 PRO mouse  doesn't show in the  "devices".

I have a MacBook Pro M3 Max 16” 2023.

I’ve granted all of the accessibility access.

What might be the problem?

What might be the problem?

 

Try uninstalling Razer Synapse by dragging the application to the Trash or searching for the Synapse uninstaller in the Razer Synapse folder. Ensure to locate and remove any remaining Razer files and folders. Then, reinstall Synapse for Mac. Otherwise, please send me a PM including your Basilisk V3 Pro’s serial number and the email address associated to your Razer ID so I can investigate further.
