Hello! I've had my mouse for quite a while and now when I plug it in the symbols show up red, the rbg lights are stuck on a rainbow color and doesn't work, does anyone know how i can fix this?

Hi there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also reinstall your mouse’s firmware by following the steps below:
- Search “Device Manager” from the Windows search bar.
- Click on “Mice and other pointing devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Click on “Human Interface Devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Restart your computer.
- The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts.
If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
