So i bought a razer basisik V3, it has worked amazingly since i bought it but now the scroll wheel wont scroll. I have tried other USB ports, I have tried reinstalling the synapse software, I installed the new firmware, i cant get it to work, Yesterday I could get it to work for the dayy, but today i can’t get it to work, apparently its out of warranty is there a fix for this?

I just figured it out but dont know how to fix it my razer keyboards audio scroller is acting like a mouse scroller, how do i fix this?
