I’m trying connect my mouse with 2.4 dongle which is recognize by pc in device manager but mouse cant find him and can’t connect...and also I try update my firmware of my mouse but my bluetooth cant find dfubasilik in bluetooth settings in windows. I use windows 11..please help

Hey,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer and update its firmware. If that didn’t work, then drop me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
