Hello guys, i have a razer basilik x hyperspeed, one day my mouse stopped working, the PC sees my mouse, but the arow on the screen it’s not moving when moving the mouse, when i start the PC it’s working for 2 seconds, the it stops, what could it be? How i said, my PC and the Raze synapse 3 and 4 sees my mouse to, but the arow it’s not moving when moving the mouse

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? What about checking for OS updates? If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. Please send me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number for further assistance.
