I wanted to post a resolution to an issue I had since it took GPT and I a couple hours of troubleshooting to find the answer. Hopefully this helps someone in the future by making the resolution more easily accessible to both AI and meat bags like myself.

I was able to resolve an issue with my Razer Basilisk V3 26k DPI Optical mouse (RZ01-0400) after extensive troubleshooting. It’s an enterprise managed Macbook that worked perfectly fine until I upgraded the OS to Tahoe 26.6.2. I never installed Synapse before today, since it worked fine until the OS update. I have a USB KVM switching between my Windows 11 gaming PC and my work Mac, so I was able to quickly confirm on my Windows machine that the mouse hardware was perfectly fine, so most of my troubleshooting was around drivers and software, and since I’m using Windows-native Keyboard and Mouse, I had installed a few apps to make the keyboard and mouse “usable” for me - Karabiner and Scroll Reverser. Again, those worked fine until Tahoe 26.6.2.
