Hello, I've had my Razer Basilisk v3 Pro for almost 4 years. Despite the not-so-intuitive Razer software, I really love this mouse. Or rather, I loved it. I just got a new computer and wanted to connect the dongle to the new device... The mouse worked without any problems, just as it has in the past and as you would expect from such an expensive device. However, after Synapse was installed, it stopped working... The Bluetooth connection still works, but compared to the 2.4 GHz connection, it's quite a step backwards and you lose one of the selling points of the device...
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver and the Synapse software. I also tried connecting the mouse to my old device, but it doesn't work there either... So it seems that the entire transmitter has broken due to the installation of the proprietary Synapse software... To be honest, that's a bit ridiculous. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I've read that this is/was a common problem and can usually be fixed with a new dongle. Since my warranty has expired, I can request a new one... So I hope there's another solution since then... Please, guys, can you help me?
Thank you very much and best regards
