Hi, I need help with my Razer Basilisk Hyperspeed. The mouse will disconnect and lose power, even with fresh batteries. Removing the batteries and reinstalling the batteries temporarily fixed the issue, but no longer works.
- Batteries are new
- Not a problem with the Bluetooth/2.4hz connection. It will happen with either
- Most often occurs upon restart or after 5-10 minutes without use
- Drivers are updated
- Resetting the connection does not work, as the mouse does not appear to be drawing power
I have searched other threads for assistance, but they all get moved to PMs.
Thank you

Try plug your mouse dock + wireless adapter to another USB slot
USB 3.0 or above.

Have you already tried using our Mouse Pairing Utility? You can also try reinstalling your mouse driver by following this guide. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use it to verify its model and look for other possible solutions.
