The mouse I have was recently working great and now there’s periodic stuttering and slowing of the cursor. I’ve tried other mice and it does not happen. I’ve taken a look around and this looks to be like a really common problem.
I’ve gone through all the steps of:
- Uninstalling / Cleaning Driver and then reinstalling
- Attempting to update firmware (it wont actually let me)
- Cleaning the mouse itself
- Testing it on another machine
- Moving the dongle closer (i have it literally right next to the mouse now)
- There’s a ton of threads here and on reddit of other potential fixes that I’ve tried as well
This problem makes games unplayable. The mouse is less than a month old, and it’s crazy to already be having problems. To make things even worse, I no longer have the receipt, so I cannot even return it. Really bad first impression for a Razer product 😓
