razer basilisk lighting

hello,

I have 3 razer products, keyboard, mouse and mat, but after i shut down my pc, my mouse lighting stays on, only after i unplug and replug the usb it will stay off. Is there a setting i overlooked or a fix for this problem?

Hey @stunik94! You can disable this feature via the Power Management tab and tick "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

thnx, but 1 small problem, this box is greyed out, i can't click it.

That's odd. Do you have Administrator privileges on that machine and can you put up a screenshot of that?

yes i do have administrator privilages.

My bad. I forgot to add that you're supposed to enable that function per USB Port not on the device itself.

do you mean in bios settings? since i think i've turned on that function everywhere i could in my settings menu, and it did not do anything.
do you have a step by step?
