Razer Basilisk - need help | Razer Insider

Hi, I bought a Razer Basilisk off a private person from ebay (Germany), so unfortunately no option to return it.

Apparently the mouse is brand new, but when I plug it in it is glowing but the cursor is not moving and Windows is not able to detect it.



I tested 3 different computers --> same everywhere.



What can I do now?

Can I contact Razer for support?
