I paired to my windows 11 PC without a problem. Mouse is on larest firmware.

After a sleep/wakup the mouse does not reconnect. It is still listed as paired in the bluetooth settings of windows.

Switching off/on does not help.

Using the hyperspeed dongle is working - but I need to pair the mouse with two machines.

Pairing via BLE on a new Macbook is loosing connectivity from time to time (then the reconnect is not working either)…

In windows settings I need to remove the paired device and pair it again. But doing this every time I start my computer is a no-go…

Btw - I still have Logitech BLE mouse connected without an issue… Only the Razer is having huge connection problems with Bluetooth.

Can you check if the issue you're experiencing with your mouse is happening while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? If so, please PM  me with the device serial number so I can look into it and provide the best resolution. All the best!
