'Razer Basilisk Ultimate'

It's not something that I am very experienced at doing, but I did try to give it an attempt on mine and I had *some* success with it. But my fingers and my buttons are very slick, so it was hard to maintain a good, consistent friction to make it work. When it did work, I was able to tap off a number of clicks in a fraction of a second, so I think that the button is capable of registering a drag click. I found better luck more towards the base of the button (closer to the palm) than towards the tip of the button. So is it possible? I think so. But your mileage may vary based on your skills.
