So, I’m having an issue where my razer basilisk ultimate will blink red around the scroll wheel even if I’ve had it charging for a while. When I load up synapse to check it, it shows that the mouse is at 4% and no matter what, it stays there. The mouse seems to be fully charged and works fine due to me using it for hours without issue. The light resets to its normal rgb when wired. I’ve updated the firmware and checked on another pc but nothing stops the blinking red light and synapse showing the battery is at 4. Is there something I can do to reset/stop the light?
