razer basilisk ultimate buttons problem

Hello, I have my mouse for 5 days, and the button one of the buttons on the sides stopped working out of nowhere. I have another problem that when I click on the computer it does not recognize it, I connect it and disconnect it, it works and then it stops working. please help!

    Hi there! Thanks for posting Razer Basilisk's concern here. Have you tried resetting the mic through the Razer Synapse 3.0 settings? Also, please check if the issue persists while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled. I'll wait for your follow-up.

    I tried on another pc to see if it was my pc, update the firmware from its support page, delete it from the same software to install it again and nothing .. but Amazon sent a replacement, but that problem was very strange.
