Razer Basilisk Ultimate Defaults to Spectrum Cycling

Hi, Got a Razer Basilisk Ultimate recently and I set up a lighting profile for it and everything. However, the moment I unplug it to use wirelessly, it defaults back into all colours Spectrum Cycling. Synapse is most recent, drivers are up to date. I even did a factory reset on the mouse. Am I missing something obvious? Thanks for any help or possible answers.

    Try to update the firmware of your mouse by following the steps here and repair the Synapse application by following this guide. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its specifications and look for other steps to help you resolve the RGB issue. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
