Razer Basilisk ultimate disconnecting and reconnecting despite uninstalling synapse 3 and 4

I hear this is a pretty common issue so I want to know if anyone has a fix for this. 

 

Ive been using my Razer Basilisk ultimate for about 2  years or 3 if im not mistaken and just today started connecting and disconnecting, no amount of uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and razer synapse seems to work like other forums suggested, ive already went through toruble shooting and everything and ive just about reached my limit.

 

If it helps ive tried using it with the 2.4 dongle the mouse dock and the included cable, when using the cable (the one for the mouse dock) it simply stops working altogether

 

Is anyone able to help?

I’m currently running into the same problem and have been unable to find the resolution


razer doesnt care.. they got your money, customer service isnt on their radar.. everyone is having this issue and they have no support or solutions for it beyond the usual turn it off and on again.. their phone line is a ghost town.. this is the last razer product i buy and my time recommending them to ppl is way over.. terrible product and worse company
