Hi,



Until recently for no reason or change on my part, the Charging Dock when the PC is off no longer lights up when the mouse on it is charging. Giving me no indication of it charging or not.



The Dock is plugged into my PC and the USB dongle for the mouse is plugged into the Dock this is my setup. And until a few days ago it was always working. For example Mouse on Dock = Dock Light + Mouse Light in tune breathing showing colours dependant on the charge level.



My issue: It does no longer light up showing colours representative of the charge level.



What I have tried:



Unplugging everything/ Rewiring/ Uninstalling Software/ Resetting all settings to factory/ Charging dock on own dedicated power brick in the wall/ Charging dock on Powered USB hub/ Tried different USB ports/ Updated the firmware



It just WON'T light up like it does when the PC is turned on and the mouse is sitting on the dock. Very very annoying. I started noticing that it didn't work cause I would turn off my PC at night go to bed, wake up turn on PC and find the battery has drained from 70% to 50%...... so I know it has not been charging. Yes I made sure connections are clean/solid and actually making contact it works (used Isopropyl to clean them even though it looks brand new cause I keep my things mint... but still), just not when the PC is off or if the dock is powered through a wallplug or powered USB hub........?



Note: Dock works fine as it should when the PC is turned on. In all other scenario's even on other PC's when they are turned off it just does not.
