Hi all, i have read the forums and support and i have tried using alcohol prep pads to wipe both the charging pins as well as the connecting points on the mouse but to no avail.
Should i call it in and ask for a replacement? :/
Wonderful mouse to use but this issue is frustrating to say the least ://////

Issues like these are rather tricky to diagnose. It would be best to submit a warranty claim instead. Do send me the serial number of the mouse so I can verify the warranty status. I can also use that to submit a claim on your behalf.
