My Razer Basilisk Ultimate wireless dongle repeatedly disconnects, making the mouse unusable in wireless mode.
I have already tried:

Updating all Razer software and firmware

Testing different configurations

Using the mouse in wired mode (works correctly)
The issue appears to be isolated to the wireless dongle. The mouse itself functions normally. Since replacement dongles do not seem to be sold separately, I would like to know if there are any repair, replacement, or alternative solutions available, as I would prefer not to replace the entire mouse.
