Razer Basilisk Ultimate Dongle Replacement

Hi,

My dongle appears to have stopped working/is connecting and disconnecting continually, is there a way I can get a replacement dongle issued in the UK?

I understand that your dongle has either stopped working or is repeatedly connecting and disconnecting. To help narrow down the cause, could you please let me know if the dongle detected in Device Manager when connected (even if it disconnects shortly after)? Have there been any accidents or incidents recently such as drops, liquid exposure, bent ports, or force applied to the dongle or USB port that might have caused this issue?

Also, please send me a PM along with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
