Razer Basilisk ultimate dongle won't work

Hello! 

I got my razer basilisk ultimate in 2020 and I used it 1 year ago the last Time. Since then I tried to use it at least 10 times with the dongle on my laptop and it wont work. I tried it on 3 Differential devices but nothing. On my Main Laptop I have Razer Synapse installed but every Time I dont use the cable it doesnt even connect. On the other Laptops it worked one year ago absolut fine and had no issues, even without razer synapse. Please help me I dont want to use it with cable, it cost me 130$!

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with your Razer Basilisk Ultimate wireless connection. Please PM me with the device serial number and a screenshot from the Device Manager so I can check if there are USB devices and a mouse detected. You can upload the sharable file to Google Drive.
