Good evening everyone,
I’ve had this issue for a few weeks now and it is driving me insane. I have uninstalled/reinstalled drivers, firmware, razer synapse, etc. My mouse keeps doom scrolling downward randomly. Once it starts, it doesn’t stop. The only way I can stop it is to unplug the mouse. This fixes it for a short while, but it eventually starts up again. I have tried to clean it out, but I have no idea what else to do. I even disabled the mouse down function and it still did it. I’m currently testing out using a different brand of mouse to see if the problem persists, but I haven’t gotten any issues yet. Please help!! The mouse is a little over 2 years old, so it’s not like it’s ancient or anything.
