Hi all,
I just received my new Razer Basilisk Ultimate with a docking station. I have severe "stuttering" issues with the mouse however. Whenever I watch a video on YouTube it starts to "stutter" as soon as I move the mouse. At first I assumed that the issue might be caused by the USB Switch I use to switch between my laptop and desktop (which would be inacceptable for me on its own). However the issue also appears when using a USB Port directly at my desktop. The stuttering is so extreme that I cannot use the mouse. It even stops moving every now and then. To be honest, I expected flawless performance at this price tag.
I also use a BlackShark Pro wireless. Maybe these interfere with each other? Keyboard is the new Huntsman analog (wired).
Needless to say that this issue doesn't appear with any other mouse I used before.
Is this a know issue and is there any hope of help? Otherwise I will return the mouse.
Any help greatly appreciated.

The headset and the mouse shouldn't interfere with each other. You may even be able to use one dongle for both of them soon. By the way, have you tried updating the firmware of the mouse yet? In any case, please send me the serial number so I can help you isolate the issue. For now, try switching your router's WiFi channels to test if this has anything to do with network interference.
