i been having issues with my new mouse. it wont connect to the usb dongle. it installed all the software etc. i also cant update its firmware.... never had such a pain in the butt mouse.. im really regretting buying this.
may i say. i tried updating the firmware and it goes to 40% and i get the usb disconnect sound and it stops. i tried this on 3 windows 10 machines. i never seen a mouse have so many issues . what happened to plug and go... this is plug and no go... sure i can use it wired but i didn't buy it for that.. i bought it for wireless. i tried every way to get this to work with the dongle and its not working.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Basilisk Ultimate's concern here. Have you tried resetting the mouse by connecting it to your computer's USB port? Ensure to click on the gear icon at the top-right corner of the software, then select the device in the reset section. Let me know if it helps.

it works on a usb cord . do you think my dongle is bad? im not against trying a dongle.

well razor wont cover the warranty because i bought it from a store you guys don't support . what is bs but whatever never had that issue with any of my electronics.. im sending it back. thanks for the replies! maybe someday ill come back here and ask for help if and when i buy another razor product.
