I had this problem for 6 months, it did not charge in the base but with the USB cable it did, but 2 weeks ago it stopped charging in all ways and its charge remained at 0%, the only way to use it is through the cable USB but it is very difficult since my CPU is a little far from my monitor so I can't move the mouse almost at all because the cable does not connect it to the USB.
Razer basilisk ultimate is not charging
I am experiencing the exact same issue. My mouse will refuse to charge in any way whether it is connected to the charging dock, directly, to the pc, or straight into the wall. I have tried all of the “solutions” to this problem and none of them have worked. The worst part is I received this mouse from Facebook marketplace, so I have no proof of receipt needed to submit a claim to Razer Support.
