Razer Basilisk Ultimate is not working while plugged in via cable

It works perfectly when using it with the wireless USB. However, when I plug it in, the device is no longer detected in Synapse—it just disappears. When I connect it, the charging status briefly appears as "charging" for a second and then disappears. I’m not sure how to fix this. I need some help.
