Razer Basilisk ultimate issue
I am having an issue with my razer basilisk. When synapse 3 was installed, whenever I put the mouse in the dock there is a delay in changing to breathing light(charging). Also, once charging light is engaged, when I lift the mouse to use it is stuck in charging light. I tried to close razer synapse and the delay in charging light and the stuck charging light disappeared. Two things I noticed is that when I turn off the mouse before putting in the dock, it charges immediately and turns on the breathing light. Second is when charging light is stuck, I just reinsert the dongle to the dock and it fixes the stuck charging light.
I tried to test it on my laptop with synapse 3 and doesn't encounter the issue. I tried reinstalling synapse 3, different USB port, and reinstalling the driver but still encounter the issue.
Anyone having the same behavior?

The firmware updater seems to fix this one as noted in the release notes, so make sure you update bro
Hi @LiLmEgZ . I've followed your recommendation but unfortunately, I received the same issue.

That sure is interesting... my guess is they will have to probably QA this one at this point n issue new firmware that fixes it further
Weird thing is that when I tested it on one of my laptop, it works normally with synapse on. Already raised a support ticket with them and still waiting for their reply. Hope they can help me on this. Thanks for your recommendation earlier BTW.
