Razer Basilisk Ultimate issues - wake up changes lightning and resistance wheel working incorrectly

Hey, title is quite long but I wanted to give an idea of the issues I'm facing the very first day I have my new mouse. 1. Everytime the mouse wakes up after sleep mode, the lightning default back to a horrendous spectrum cycling, no matter how much I save my profile using the Chroma Studio, it always reverts back to that default lightning. 2. As I move the mouse on my desk, the resistance wheel appears to also be nudged a bit because I can feel the change in the resistance in my scroll wheel. I set it to be quite soft yet it becomes hard and annoying as I move the mouse more. Please give me some advice as I'm close to returning the mouse because I cannot stand it, for a product with such a price tag, it's really hard for me to believe this is ok.
