Razer Basilisk Ultimate keeps connecting and disconnecting

My Razer Basalisk Ultimate started to disconnect and reconnect yesterday. When plugged in it now only works for a few seconds before the synapse software says it is in “sleep mode”. If left for a while it works again, but again only for a seconds. Also when it is placed on the charging dock normally the lights change to represent the charge capacity, but now it is just constantly resetting all the lights along with the keyboard as well.

    I’m having this issue, too. It connects for like two seconds and the lights briefly come on, then it just turns off again. Whenever it disconnects, it disappears from the Synapse menu and the light turns off on the bottom. The way it disappears from Synapse every 2 seconds is awful because it makes it impossible to check the settings of the mouse (as far as I am aware). Mine didn’t start until today, and I got my mouse a few years ago. Please let me know if you get an answer.

    I used the pairing software (idk where you can get the link for that) and plugged my mouse in and it works now. I only did this a few minutes ago, so I don’t know if it’s a permanent solution, but it seems to be working all right.
