Razer Basilisk Ultimate keeps disconnecting / battery not charging properly

Hey everyone,

I’ve been having some issues with my Razer Basilisk Ultimate. The mouse sometimes stops charging or randomly disconnects even though it’s plugged in within 2 to 5 seconds repeatedly.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Checked and swapped USB cables and ports

  • Conected the mouse directly with the cable.

  • Tested it on other computers

  • Updated drivers and firmware through Razer Synapse.

  • Close all Razer apps and opened them again.

Nothing seems to fix it. At this point, I’m guessing it might be a hardware or internal battery issue.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any idea if Razer support can replace or repair it under warranty?

It seems like we’re dealing with a hardware fault right here. When and where did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with your Basilisk Ultimate’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check the warranty status. Looking forward to your response!
