! have a razer basilisk ultimate and when i connect my usb the pairing software recognizes that its connected and when i try to pair it fails, i further researched it and it said that it might be a firmware problem, and the only firmware updater i found was for the RZ01-03170 and i tried using that to update the firmware and it just reset the download every time for the usb and wouldn’t go into the update for the mouse, the mouse only works when plugged in.

Hello there, @lucifer_games128!

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also reinstall your mouse’s drivers by following the steps below:

- Search “Device Manager” from the Windows search bar.
- Click on “Mice and other pointing devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Click on “Human Interface Devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Restart your computer.
- The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts.

If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
