My Razer basilisk ultimate is not charging. I think it is a problem with the mouse because both the charging dock and the wire aren’t charging it. I’ve tried cleaning the pogo sticks on the dock and cleaning the contact surfaces on the mouse, but that still didn’t work. I am worried to use it because it isn’t charging at all, so if the battery gets low, it won’t go back up. Any suggestions? I would prefer if I didn’t have to return it because I have grip tape on the mouse and I customized the RGB, but if nothing works, I will. But if I do, I would like to get the grip tape and dock included as well because I don’t want to have to pay for it again. Thank you!
