Again my razer ultimate wont charge beyond 5%… I cleaned, updated… you name it. It was OK until last sunday, It had 20% so I tried to charge it, nothing happens, now it stays at 5%….

Because it can be Synapse issue (battery indicator not showing proper value) or dying battery on your mouse.
about 20 minutes...it goes down to 1% and wont work
+1I’d replace the battery, assume that you’re out of warranty, so this is your last resort.
Yesterday it charged up to 30...then stopped. Today not charging. Yes, new battery is my best option due to the absolute lack of interest of razer on solving this recurrent problem, its been behaiving like this since I bought the mouse.

You blame Razer for lack of interest, but also why you didn’t RMA’ed it, if it was happening from day one? I don’t get it.
Adding detailed cleaning. Same issue, 4% forever Basilisk Ultimate. Cotton swabs/alcohol no bueno. Used isopropyl and wooden toothpick with decent pressure FTW.
