Razer Basilisk Ultimate not charging fully

Hello, I recently purchased the Basilisk Ultimate but for some reason it does not seem to be charging fully. According to the battery meter, it does not exceed 48%. I tried charging via the dock and also by connecting it directly but the battery meter does not exceed 48%. The battery icon shows that it is charging but it does not exceed 48% in either case. How do I know if this is a defect or not?

    Let's isolate if this is a software or hardware problem. Update the firmware by following the steps here. Perform a clean installation of the Synapse app using this guide. Should the same issue persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific steps to help you resolve the issue.
