Recently my basilisk ultimate has stopped charging on the dock. As soon as I place the mouse on the dock, the LED’s flash a few times then go back to normal. They won’t change to their usual green, yellow or red charging colours. I have cleaned the contacts, updated the firmware and tried plugging it into different ports but nothing seems to work. The mouse charges fine with the cable it’s just the dock not working.
Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

I understand that your Razer Basilisk Ultimate mouse dock is not charging properly, even though you've tried everything to resolve the issue. One thing you could try is resetting the dock by unplugging it from power for a few minutes, then plugging it back in and attempting to charge your mouse again. Also, have you tried using a different cable or USB hub to isolate the problem?
