Hi,

I had this problem for a long time now. Razer Synapse doesn’t show my Basilisk Ultimate when it’s wireless, so when it’s not connected on cable, but mouse is working. When it’s connected to cable Synapse shows it and I can change its settings normally.  I have tried rebooting my pc, uninstalling synapse completely and updating firmware manually.

How can I fix this?
