razer basilisk ultimate not working

I’ve had my basilisk ultimate for nearly 2 years and I’ve never had an issue with it until today when it randomly stopped working. I had been using it fine as it was plugged in i the morning but when I tried to use it wirelessly it would flash on and work for a couple seconds before the lights faded and the mouse stopped working and this repeated every few seconds. I tried plugging the mouse in and it didn’t work at all while wired so then I tried moving the dongle to different usb ports before trying it both wirelessly and wired on my laptop but the same thing happened each time. I had been using it just fine right up until the moment it stopped working so I have no idea what the issue could be please help

Hey ​@KillaThera,

It would seem that your mouse is already defective. Do any of the LED lights turn on when you connect your mouse in wired mode? Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
