my razer basilisk ultimate wireless stopped working, the doungle is connected to the laptop by usb directly, I turned it off and on several time but same issue, I tried to repair the mouse with doungle by using (RazerMousePairingUtility_v1.00.03_r1), it says pairing successful, but when I unplug the USB cable from the mouse it not working,

 

when I connect the USB cable between the laptop and mouse it works fine, I’m removed synapse and downloaded from razer wbsite synapse version 3.8.930.91517 but still same issue,
