Dear all,
I purchased a Basilisk Ultimate and have noticed the mouse rocks forwards when the buttons are pressed, sadly it’s very distracting. I believe the feet are not level perhaps some variation in the mould?
I ordered a replacement through Amazon and it appears slightly better but still not level.
Is this normal?

Sadly I have had to raise a return for the second one as I received no response from Razer support.
I may try other Razer products in the future but it’s quite a disappointment to have to return a flagship product because such a simple thing isn’t correct. I’m guessing inadequate QA on the products prior to shipping.
Razer may want to check to see if this is a batch problem or a design flaw and raise a non-conformance with whoever they outsource this product to for manufacture.
