RAZER BASILISK ULTIMATE SERIAL NUMBER IS UNKNOWN
I just bought the basilisk ultimate, everything looks legit it was even automatically detected in razer synapse. my problem is that I can't register the mouse in RazerID and in RazerCare. Can anyone help me in this issue?
