Hello

I all of a sudden have the same problem other users had in the past:

If I for example want my mouse to be green, all the mouse lights green except for the wheel ant the logo, which display red. It happens too, for example, with yellow becoming orange only in the wheel and logo, and so on.

  1. I tried:Updating firmware of mouse and of the chroma dock
  2. reinstall razer synapse
  3. reset mouse and dock in razer synapse
  4. googling the heck out of the issue and getting really frustrated

Please help.
