Razer Basilisk V2 Scroll Wheel Not Working Correctly

I bought this Mouse a year back and after a few months the scroll wheel started having issues. When I scroll up or down it will scroll a few ticks in the opposite direction. For example, if I scroll up 10 times, 3-4 of those ticks will be in the down direction. It wasn't that noticeable at first so I thought nothing of it but its become pretty bad. I can't bind anything to the scroll wheel in game and just scrolling through a website is terrible. - I've used compressed air to blow it out. - I reconnected the mouse to a different computer - I've updated the firmware - I've played around with the resistance level.

    Does this also happen without Synapse running in the background? For now, please perform a clean reinstallation of your Synapse by following this guide. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device along with a copy of its proof of purchase.
