I have a Razer Basilisk V2 Wireless mouse, and recently the scroll wheel stopped working completely.

I’ve already tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps — cleaning the wheel, reinstalling Synapse and drivers, testing wired and wireless modes, and updating the firmware — but nothing fixed it.

    I’ve responded to your PM. Please check your inbox and please try the additional steps below to isolate the problem. 

    • Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.

      Razer Synapse on the system tray

    • If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.

    • Test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.
