Razer Basilisk V3 | RZ01-04000
Issue: My mouse is around 2 years old and suddenly would intermittently stop working with the following description:
- Mouse LED 'blinking' on and off with approximately 1 second intervals
- Device is undetected on synapse completely
- Device is undetected on windows device manager during 'blinking' off
- You can actually move the cursor during 'blinking' on
- Mouse would randomly work properly sometimes when plugged off & back on (most often not)
- Issue would also occur when pressing the scroll mode, DPI cycle & profile button on mouse
- Issue would also occur when starting razer synapse
Have tried the following suggestions from the FAQ but nothing worked:
- Updating the firmware to v1.02.00_r1
- Tried to replicate the issue with another laptop and got the same results
- Restarting & updating,reinstalling razer synapse to the latest version
