Razer Basilisk V3 Charging block charges mouse but does not allow for connection

As state in my title, the mouse connects just fine with only the dongle. When the dongle is plugged in to the dock my computer does not detect the mouse. It will charge the mouse when it’s plugged in, but it won’t detect the mouse. I have switched to multiple ports with no results. It worked just fine about 2 weeks ago.
