Razer BASILISK V3 doesn't work after booting up my PC, until I reconnect it? Anyone else?

I can't use the mouse until I reconnect it by taking the USB cable in and out. This means that every time I 'cold' startup my computer, I need to re-attach the mouse before I can get going, which is very annoying.

I tried with Synapse 3 and the latest beta version.

same issue as in the link.

I’d try installing the newest Chipset drivers and trying to update BIOS if possible. Had similar thing long time ago (mouse not working after boot, only USB replug helped) - updated chipset drivers and it worked.

@FiszPL Everything is updated: BIOS, chipset driver, Windows, etc. Nothing worked.

having an issue like this wih a brand new Basilisk v3 PRO, after start my pc the mouse works like a “normal” mouse, but the functions keys, dpi key, profile key and free spin wheel don’t work until I unplug an plug in thew mouse after my pc start, and if in wireless mode I need to turn off and turn back on my mouse. this is completely nonsense in a device that costs 173€. its unnaceptable, and aparently RAZER shows no intentions to fix this issue, cause I have seen reports like mine with years. anyone have found any solution?
