Razer basilisk v3 having spike lag?

Hello, I bought my Razer Basilisk mouse on December 20, and I'm experiencing intermittent lag with it. When I move it, I sometimes get a delay, and then it goes back to normal 0.5 seconds later... It's quite annoying because it was working fine until then. The mouse is up to date, and this started happening this morning. Even after removing Synapse, the problem persists. I was planning to send it back if the problem continues because it's impossible to play or work with it like this. My old Naga Trinity doesn't do this.
